Returns & Exchanges

  • Do you accept returns?
    Yes, returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, along with all included accessories.
  • What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
    Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos or videos of the issue. We will assist you with a replacement in genuine cases.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
  • Do you offer reverse pickup?
    Reverse pickup may be arranged depending on your location. In some cases, customers may be required to ship the product back.
