Returns:

    • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items received.
    • A clear unboxing video from the moment of opening is mandatory for all claims.
    • Claims must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery for review
    • Replacement will be arranged in genuine cases.

    Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

    Return Shipping:

    • Reverse pickup may be arranged depending on location
    • In some cases, customers may be required to ship the product back.
